1. Cable arrangement

4. Oil mist lubrication device

It introduces compressed dry air into the oil mist generator and then uses some functions to atomize the grease into fine oil particles, and then transport them to various lubrication points. It is generally composed of a filter, a pressure-reducing valve, an oil mist generator, a ball valve, and a hose, and has the characteristics of a good cooling effect, increased limit speed, and avoidance of impurity intrusion.

5. Pneumatic device

It mainly includes gas pressure switches, gas pressure regulating valves, solenoid valves, actuating cylinders, and pneumatic pipe fittings. It can not only test the pressure of air compression but also control each execution cylinder. When the air pressure is lower than the set minimum pressure, the wire drawing machine will automatically stop operating.

6. Nose braking device

There are two types, electromagnetic energy-consuming braking, and pneumatic holding brake, each with its own characteristics. Electromagnetic energy-consuming braking is non-contact and friction-free braking. Generally, the braking torque is particularly large and the operation is reliable.

7. Spray device

There are two types of wiring spray and head-changing spray. Their function is to clean the wiring wires and prevent the wetting agent from forming a film on the wiring wires, thus affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
