Throughout the year, from winter to spring, I work like time, non-stop operation, although it is hard work, hard work, day and night, but I will also get sick, the long-term wear and tear of parts, let me The sound of "creak" and "kuang kuang" is my calling, and I also need maintenance.


The equipment should be thoroughly maintained and overhauled once a month (stop for 4 hours).


1. Daily maintenance:


(1) Keep the exterior of the equipment clean and hygienic, and check whether the gas supply pipeline and quick connector are in good condition.

⑵, Lubrication of the upper and lower bearing seats and lifting screw (grease with grease gun).

(3) Drain the accumulated water in the air filter.

⑷. Check the abrasive belt and adjust the balance.


2. Weekly maintenance:


⑴. Remove the sludge left by the daily maintenance, and carry out lubrication maintenance according to the daily maintenance requirements.

⑵. Check the conveyor belt and its tension (if the tension is too loose, please adjust it to a moderate level).

⑶. Check the abrasive belt and its tension (if the tension is too loose, please adjust it to a moderate level).
